Overview
AISRY ASR-YX-2010 manual imager is a two-dimensional image measurement instrument using digital Measuring method. It converts the shape of the measured object into a computer through image acquisition, and uses professional measurement software for size measurement, which is different from the traditional Optical inspection projection magnification measurement method. The instrument is mainly used for the detection, positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of various defects inside the workpiece (such as welds, crazing, inclusions, pores, etc.), and is suitable for laboratories and engineering sites.

Principle
The working principle of the manual imager is to pass the imagery of the measured object through the Optical inspection system, and the image is collected by the high-resolution CCD camera and converted to the computer. Subsequently, the digital image is analyzed and processed through professional measurement software, so as to accurately measure the size of the object or detect its internal defects.

Steps
1. Place the tested workpiece on the Glass workbench.
2. According to the measurement requirements, adjust the luminance and illumination angle of the LED surface light source or transmission light source.
3. By manually operating the mobile table, the measured part enters the field of view, and adjusts to the appropriate magnification using the Optical inspection zoom system.
4. Acquire clear workpiece images through CCD camera to computer measurement software.
5. In the measurement software, use the corresponding measurement tools (such as points, lines, circles, etc.) to calibrate and measure the target size or defect in the image.
6. The software automatically calculates and displays the measurement results, and can save or output data.
Notice
• The instrument should be placed in the recommended environment conditions: temperature 19~ 24 ℃, humidity 45%~ 75%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V (AC)/50HZ.
• Handle the workpiece carefully during operation to avoid scratching the marble work surface or Glass table.
• Optical inspection lenses and Glass countertops are cleaned regularly to keep imagery clear.
When moving the table, the movement should be smooth to avoid violent collisions.
• Optional Z-axis image altimetry or contact probe to expand measurement function.
