Overview
The SC1813 One Touch Rapid Measurement Instrument is a High Accuracy automated measurement device of the IPRE brand. It uses 20 million pixel CCD Image Sensor and double-sided telecentric lens, combined with Gige Gigabit Ethernet transmission technology, to achieve fast and accurate geometric measurement. The instrument does not need to locate workpieces and fixtures, supports simultaneous identification measurement of multiple workpieces, and is equipped with a professional measurement software system.

Principle
The instrument collects workpiece images through a high definition CCD Image Sensor, and uses automatic image registration technology to identify measurement features. Double telecentric lenses ensure that the imagery has no perspective errors, and provide uniform illumination with transmitted light and falling light systems. The software system processes and analyzes the images, automatically completes geometric size measurement and accuracy calculation, and realizes fast and accurate measurement result output.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply to start the device
2. Place the workpiece arbitrarily on the measurement platform
3. Activate the automatic image registration function to identify artifacts
4. Select or call the corresponding measurement program
5. Perform automatic measurement operations
6. View and output measurement results report

• The maximum weight of the workpiece to be tested shall not exceed 5kg
• Power supply voltage within the range of AC100-240V
• The camera interface requires Gige Gigabit Ethernet
