Principle
The image measurement instrument captures images of the workpiece through a high-definition industrial digital color camera, combined with a programmable LED light source system to provide uniform illumination. The software automatically analyzes the edges of the image and uses a precision ball screw to drive three-axis movement for coordinate positioning and dimensional measurement. The autofocus function ensures that the Z-axis position is clear, allowing for accurate calculation of geometric parameters.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply to ensure that the environment temperature is 20-25 ° C and the humidity is 50% -60%.
