Principle
The image measurement instrument captures the workpiece image through a high-definition industrial digital color camera, and provides the best lighting conditions with a programmable LED light source system. The software automatically recognizes and extracts the edge features of the product, and combines the precision ball screw drive system to achieve accurate positioning. Complete the automatic measurement and analysis of various geometric dimensions.

Steps
1. Boot preheating, ensure environment temperature 20-25 ° C, humidity 50% -60%
