Overview
AISRY ASR-YX-3020 manual imager is a two-dimensional image measurement instrument. It adopts digital Measuring method to convert the shape of the measured object into a computer through image acquisition, and uses professional measurement software for size measurement. It is mainly used in the detection, positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of various defects in the workpiece (such as welds, crazing, inclusions, pores, etc.), and is suitable for laboratories and engineering sites.

Principle
Measurement principle of digital image is adopted in this instrument. The shape image of the object to be measured is collected and transmitted to the computer by CCD camera, and then the image is analyzed and processed by professional measurement software, so as to accurately measure the size of the workpiece.
