Overview
AISRY ASR-YX-5040 manual imager is a two-dimensional image measurement instrument using digital Measuring method. It converts the shape of the measured object into a computer through image acquisition, and uses professional measurement software for size measurement. It is mainly used in the detection, positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of various defects in the workpiece (such as welds, crazing, inclusions, pores, etc.), suitable for laboratories and engineering sites.

Principle
The manual imager adopts digital Measuring method. Its working principle is to pass the imagery of the measured object through the Optical inspection system, collect the image by the high-resolution CCD camera and convert it to the computer, and then analyze and process the image through professional measurement software, so as to accurately measure the size of the object.

Steps
1. Place the tested workpiece on the Glass workbench.
2. According to the measurement requirements, adjust the luminance and illumination angle of the surface light source or the transmission light source.
3. By manually operating the moving table, the workpiece to be tested is brought into the field of view.
4. Optical inspection system and CCD camera are used to collect clear workpiece images.
5. Run professional measurement software on the computer to analyze and size measurement of the collected images.

• High Accuracy granite is used in the product base, column and mobile workbench, which has stable chemical performance, but it is still necessary to avoid violent collisions during handling and use.
• The lighting system adopts LED light source with adjustable luminance. Please adjust it according to the characteristics of the workpiece to obtain the best imagery effect.
• It is recommended to use in an environment with a temperature of 19~ 24 ° C and a humidity of 45%~ 75% to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Power supply voltage requirements are 220V (AC)/50HZ, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The Z axis can be lifted and lowered, and the stroke is 150mm. Please pay attention to the stroke range when operating.
• Optional Z-axis image altimetry or British Reishaw probe contact measurement function to meet different measurement needs.
