AISRY ASR-YX-6050 manual imager is a two-dimensional image measurement instrument that adopts digital Measuring method to convert the shape of the measured object into a computer through image acquisition, and uses professional measurement software for size measurement. The instrument is mainly used for the detection, positioning, evaluation and diagnosis of various defects in the workpiece (such as welds, crazing, inclusions, pores, etc.), which is suitable for both laboratory environments and engineering sites.

Principle
The two-dimensional image measurement instrument adopts the digital Measuring method, the shape image of the measured object is collected and converted into the computer by the CCD camera, and then the image is analyzed and processed by the professional measurement software, so as to accurately measure the size of the object.
