Principle
The instrument adopts a 45/0 ° geometrical optics structure, that is, a 45 ° annular uniform illumination, and receives reflected light in the 0 ° direction. The sample is irradiated by a full-light spectrum LED Illuminant, the reflected light is divided through a concave grating, and then the Light spectrum information is captured by a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor. Finally, the MCU performs real-time processing and analysis to calculate various color parameters of the sample.

Steps
1. Fix the test Probe height according to the sample (non-contact distance 7.5mm +/- 0.2mm).
2. Position the sample through the camera.
3. Select or customize the Measurement mode in the software.
4, start the measurement, the instrument quickly complete the color measurement.
5. View Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference, Color simulation or pass/fail results through Touchscreen.
