Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW502 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 240L/min at 0MPa and 90L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 50L gas tank, the noise value is as low as 56dB (A), and the Power is 1.16KW. It is suitable for occasions where a stable compressed air supply is required.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution.
2. Piston compression mode, high efficiency.
3. Exhaust pressure 8 Bar, displacement 240L/min @0MPa.
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 50L, ensuring continuous gas supply.
5. Low noise operation, only 56dB (A).
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the device to work. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor runs again.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Steps
Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz).
2. Turn on the device and the motor starts running.
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet.
4. The compressed gas enters the gas storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8 Bar to stop automatically.
5. Use compressed air to drive the device, and automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar).
Notice
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months.
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly.
• Avoid operating the drain ball valve at high voltage.
• Check whether all connecting parts are firm before use.
