Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1102 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 500L/min at 0MPa and 220L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 90L air tank, the noise value is 65dB (A), and the Power is 2.4KW. It is suitable for driving a variety of pneumatic devices.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements
2. Piston compression method, efficient and stable
3. Exhaust pressure 8 Bar, displacement up to 500L/min
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 90L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. Noise as low as 65dB (A), quiet operation
6. Optional oil-water separator, automatic drain and other accessories
Principle
The motor runs to drive the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, it enters the air storage tank through the check valve, and the pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically turns off the motor, and the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor.
Applications
Pneumatic tool drives, industrial automation, lame plating equipment, cleaning equipment, medical equipment
Standards
Power standard: 220-230V/50/60Hz
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets 220-230V/50/60Hz
2. Open the pneumatic valve and start the equipment
3. The pressure switch automatically controls the motor to start and stop, maintaining the pressure at 5-8 Bar.
4. Turn off the power after use, and regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months
• The safety valve automatically vents when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar and needs to be checked regularly
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments
• Check whether all connecting parts are firm before operation
