Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW702 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 350L/min at 0MPa and 110L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 50L air tank, the noise value is 57dB, and the Power is 1.56KW. It is suitable for a variety of pneumatic equipment drives.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements
2. Piston compression method, efficient and stable
3. Exhaust pressure 8 Bar, displacement up to 350L/min (0MPa)
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 50L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. Low noise operation, only 57dB
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and gas tank anti-rust treatment
7. Power compatible 220-230V/50/60Hz, adaptability
Principle
When the motor is running, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the connecting device. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, the motor runs again, and the Compressor resumes work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, laboratory equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Open the pneumatic valve and start the equipment
3. The Compressor runs automatically, and stops after the pressure rises to 8 Bar
4. Use compressed air to drive equipment
5. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (optional 6Bar), the Compressor automatically restarts
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
7. Replace the Air Intake Filter every six months
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly
• Avoid continuous operation of the Compressor when the pressure switch fails
• Check whether all connecting parts are firm before use
• Optional anti-rust treatment inside the gas tank to extend the service life
