Overview
COMBESTAIR BW1502 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 600L/min at 0MPa and 290L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 90L gas tank with a noise value of 66dB and a Power of 3KW, it is suitable for industrial environments that require a stable supply of compressed air.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution
2. Piston compression method, high efficiency
3. Exhaust pressure up to 8 Bar, meeting a variety of application requirements
4. Large exhaust volume, 600L/min at 0MPa, 290L/min at 0.7MPa
5. Low noise operation, only 66dB
6. Equipped with 90L gas storage tank to ensure stable pressure
7. Optional accessories are abundant, such as oil-water separator, automatic drain, etc
8. Power compatible 220-230V/50/60Hz, adaptability
Principle
After the motor starts, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter, the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the one-way valve, and the pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically shuts off the motor, while the solenoid valve drains the air pressure in the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank remains 8Bar, and the gas drives the device to work through the pneumatic valve. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, and the motor restarts the Compressor to work.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment, laboratory equipment
Steps
Make sure the power supply is connected correctly (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the device, the motor starts, and the air enters the Compressor through the Filter
3. The Compressor works, the gas enters the gas storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8Bar.
4. When the pressure exceeds 8 Bar, the pressure switch automatically turns off the motor
5. Use the gas drive device, when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
7. Replace the Air Intake Filter every six months
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Replace the air inlet Filter every six months to prevent dust from damaging the Compressor
• The safety valve automatically vents when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and the function of regular inspection is required
• Check the pressure switch settings before use to ensure that the start/stop pressure meets the requirements
• Avoid use in humid or dusty environments to extend equipment life
• The power supply must match 220-230V/50/60Hz to prevent voltage incompatibility
• Anti-rust treatment is optional inside the gas tank, and it is recommended to install it in a corrosion environment
