Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW504 air Compressor is an oil-free piston Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and a displacement of 480L/min at 0MPa and 180L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 180L gas tank, the noise value is as low as 59dB (A), and the Power is 2.32KW, suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
Features
1. Oil-free design, reducing maintenance requirements
2. Piston compression method, efficient and stable
3. Exhaust pressure 8Bar, displacement up to 480L/min @0MPa
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 180L, ensuring continuous gas supply
5. The noise value is only 59dB (A), and the operation is quiet
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator and automatic drain
7. The pressure switch can set the start/stop pressure according to customer requirements
Principle
The motor runs to drive the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe and enters the air storage tank. The pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically closes the motor, and the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is exhausted through the pneumatic valve to drive the device. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (6Bar optional), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor reruns.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning applications
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the device switch and the motor starts to run
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the intake port
4. Compressor compressed air and transported to the tank
5. When the pressure rises to 8 Bar, the pressure switch automatically stops the motor
6. Use pneumatic equipment, automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5Bar (6Bar optional)
7. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
• Inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly
• Avoid operating the drain ball valve at high voltage
• Check whether all connecting parts are fastened before use
