Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW704 air Compressor is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar/0.8MPa and an exhaust capacity of 700L/min at 0MPa and 220L/min at 0.7MPa. Equipped with a 180L air tank with a noise value of 60dB (A) and a Power of 3.12KW, it is suitable for driving a variety of pneumatic equipment.
Features
1. Oil-free design to avoid oil pollution.
2. Piston compression mode, high efficiency.
3. The exhaust pressure is 8 bar, and the exhaust capacity is up to 700 L/min.
4. The capacity of the gas storage tank is 180L, ensuring a stable gas supply.
5. Noise as low as 60dB (A), quiet operation.
6. Optional accessories include oil-water separator, automatic drain and anti-rust treatment of gas storage tank.
Principle
The motor runs to drive the air into the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter. After the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas opens the check valve through the airflow pipe to enter the air storage tank, and the pressure gauge pointer rises to 8Bar. When the pressure is greater than 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically closes after sensing the pressure, and the motor stops working. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly drains the air pressure in the Compressor cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas is vented through the pneumatic valve to drive the device to work. When the air pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on and the motor runs again.
Applications
Industrial manufacturing, pneumatic tool drives, automation equipment, lame plating operations, cleaning equipment
Steps
Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz).
2. Turn on the device and the motor starts running.
3. Filter the air into the Compressor cylinder through the intake port.
4. The compressed gas enters the gas storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8 Bar to stop automatically.
5. Using pneumatic equipment, automatically restart when the air pressure drops to 5 Bar (or 6 Bar).
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure).
Notice
• Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended once every six months.
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining.
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and needs to be checked regularly.
• Avoid operating equipment under excessive pressure.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
