Overview
The COMBESTAIR BW1104 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8 Bar (0.8MPa) and an exhaust capacity of 1000L/min at 0MPa and 440L/min at 0.7MPa. Principle
After the motor starts, the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter, the Compressor compresses the air, the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the one-way valve, and the pressure gauge rises to 8Bar. When the pressure exceeds 8Bar, the pressure switch senses and automatically closes the motor, and the solenoid valve quickly discharges the air pressure from the cylinder to 0. The pressure in the air storage tank is maintained at 8Bar, and the gas drives the device to work through the pneumatic valve. When the pressure drops to 5Bar (or optional 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically turns on, and the motor restarts the Compressor to work.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
2. Turn on the device, the motor starts, and the air enters the Compressor through the Filter
3. The Compressor works, the gas compresses and enters the gas storage tank, and the pressure rises to 8Bar.
4. When the pressure exceeds 8 Bar, the pressure switch automatically turns off the motor
5. Use compressed air to drive the device, and when the pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor
6. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve (to ensure operation without pressure)
7. Replace the Air Intake Filter every six months

Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when draining
- Regularly replace the air inlet Filter, recommended every six months
- The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar, and the function of regular inspection is required
- The pressure switch is set to stop at 8Bar and start at 5Bar (or 6Bar), do not adjust it at will
- Check that all connecting parts are fastened before use
- Avoid use in humid or dusty environments to prevent damage to the Compressor
