COMBESTAIR BW1504 is an oil-free piston air Compressor with an exhaust pressure of 8Bar/0.8MPa and an exhaust capacity of up to 1200L/min. Equipped with a 220L gas tank with a noise value of 70dB and a Power of 6KW, it is suitable for industrial environments that require a stable supply of compressed air.

Principle
The motor drives the Compressor to run, and the air enters the Compressor cylinder through the air inlet muffler Filter to be compressed. The compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the one-way valve, and the pressure gauge shows that when the pressure rises to 8Bar, the pressure switch automatically shuts down the motor. At the same time, the solenoid valve quickly discharges the residual air pressure in the cylinder. When the pressure of the air storage tank drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar optional), the pressure switch automatically restarts the motor to continue working.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220-230V/50/60Hz)
Step 2 Open the pneumatic valve
3. The motor automatically starts the compressed air
4. Automatic shutdown when the pressure reaches 8 Bar
5. Use compressed air to drive equipment
6. Automatically restart when the pressure drops to 5Bar (or 6Bar)
7. Regularly discharge the sewage in the gas storage tank through the sewage ball valve
Notice
• Make sure there is no pressure in the gas tank when discharging
• Inlet Filter is recommended to be replaced every six months
• The safety valve automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure exceeds 8.8 Bar
• Check whether the connection of each part is firm before use
• Regularly check whether the pressure switch function is normal
