The YS4510 + multifunctional test kit is a grating Colorimeter of the 3nh brand. It adopts the 45/0 geometrical optics structure (45-degree annular illumination, 0-degree reception) in accordance with CIE No. 15 and the concave grating spectroscopic method, which can accurately measure the sample reflectance and various chroma data. Users can customize a single φ 8, φ 4 or φ 2mm measurement diameter according to sample needs, which is suitable for accurate Color measurement and quality control in traffic signs, plastic electronics, paints inks, Spinning & weaving garment printing and dyeing, printing, ceramics and other industries. The instrument can accurately measure the reflectance data of samples/fluorescent samples, express various Color difference formulas and Color indices in a variety of Color spaces, realize accurate transmission of Color, and can also be used as a detection device for accurate color scheme systems. The instrument is equipped with high-end Color management software, which can be connected to a computer to achieve more functional expansion. Under the lighting conditions of 45/0 geometrical optics suggested by CIE, the instrument adopts concave grating spectroscopy to receive the optical signal reflected by the sample through the 256-pixel dual-array CMOS detector and convert it into Light spectrum data, so as to accurately measure the reflectance of the sample (including fluorescent samples). According to the measured Light spectrum data, the system calculates and expresses various Color difference formulas and Color indices in various Color spaces to realize the quantitative analysis and transmission of Color.

1. YS series Colorimeters need to be calibrated for black and white boards first. 2. Place the colorimeter on the YS multifunctional test assembly bracket, ensure that the measurement port is well connected with the measurement port of the bracket, the two base baffle pins are aligned with the baseplate reference hole of the colorimeter, use the push plate to hold the colorimeter and tighten the screws to check whether it is loose. 3. Load the Cuvette loaded with the sample to be tested into the bracket. Gently push away the swirl/spin platen and put it into the Cuvette so that the Cuvette is pressed against the instrument measurement port while being pressed by the swirl/spin platen; note that the liquid height in the Cuvette should be greater than the matching height of the test caliber (i.e. the sample height reaches more than half a cup). 4. Cover the cover to ensure that the inside of the Cuvette is an all-black environment. After completing the above steps, you can use the YS series colorimeter to perform reflection chromaticity measurement on the sample.
