Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber realizes temperature control through the refrigeration system and the heating system. In the aging test such as promoting the deterioration of sulfur rubber, high temperature and low temperature environment changes are simulated. For example, one day of testing at 70 ° C is theoretically equivalent to 6 months of exposure to the atmosphere to calculate the tensile force and elongation change rate before and after heating.

Steps
1. Power supply: 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz according to Power supply voltage requirements
2. Set temperature parameters: Set the required Temperature range through the controller system
3. Place the sample: put the parts or materials of the product to be tested into the studio
4. Start-up test: run the equipment for high temperature, low temperature or alternating cycle test
5. Monitoring process: observe the test status through the viewing window and test hole
6. End the test: stop the equipment after a predetermined time or condition is reached
7. Take out the sample: perform performance index inspection and analysis
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements to avoid overload
• Regularly check whether the protection device such as no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection switch is normal
• Before use, confirm that the refrigeration system is running stably and the refrigerant pressure is within a safe range
• Avoid over-humidity or over-temperature operation to prevent triggering the protection switch
• Pay attention to the integrity of thermal insulation materials during maintenance to prevent heat loss
• Close the test hole and viewing window in time after use to keep the temperature stable
• Dry and wet bulb gauze needs to be changed regularly to ensure accurate humidity measurement
