HEIGHT-LED HTBX-II-FS200200-BL (365nm) UVLED Curing Oven is a UVLED curing device with a wavelength of 365nm, with an inner cavity size of 230 * 220 * 130mm, intelligent safety door protection, automatic and manual control mode, digital dimming, production counting and historical data query functions, suitable for rapid curing of various thermal materials.

Principle
The UVLED Curing Oven uses a 365nm wavelength UVLED light source to emit concentrated ultraviolet rays through a PLC control system to achieve rapid curing when irradiating working materials. In automatic mode, the countdown curing is performed according to the preset irradiation time. In manual mode, the user can manually control the UVLED to turn on and monitor the curing process in real time.

Steps
1. Select the control mode: automatic or manual.
2. Automatic mode: Set the irradiation time, and automatically turn off the UVLED after the device countdown.
3. Manual mode: manually turn on the UVLED to record the curing time in real time.
4. Use the digital dimming function to adjust the optical power (1-100%).
5. Perform parameter setting and data query through touch screen operation.

• The equipment has a safety door protection function, and the UVLED automatically turns off when opening the door to ensure safe operation.
• Power supply voltage is within the range of AC100V-AC240V before use.
• environment temperature should be maintained at -10 ℃ to 50 ℃, relative humidity 25% -80% RH.
• Avoid use in non-specified environment conditions to prevent equipment damage.
