Overview
The HEIGHT-LED HTBX-II-FS200200-BL (395nm) UVLED Curing Oven is a 395nm wavelength UVLED curing device with intelligent safety door protection, automatic and manual control modes, digital dimming, production count and historical data query functions. The device has a cavity size of 230 * 220 * 130mm, an optical power density of 0.8W/cm ² (10mm irradiation distance), air cooling and PLC control, suitable for high-efficiency and energy-saving UV curing applications.

Principle
The UVLED Curing Oven emits concentrated ultraviolet rays through the UVLED light source with a wavelength of 395nm, and irradiates the workpiece in automatic or manual control mode to trigger a light curing reaction. In automatic mode, the device automatically turns off the light source after countdown curing according to the preset irradiation time; in manual mode, the user manually turns on the light source and monitors the curing process in real time. An air-cooled cooling system is used to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, and the digital dimming function allows for precise adjustment of the optical power.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of AC100V to AC240V.
2. Set parameters through the touch screen, such as selecting automatic or manual mode, adjusting the light power (1-100%), and setting the irradiation time (in automatic mode).
3. Place the workpiece in the inner cavity and close the safety door.
4. In automatic mode, the device automatically turns on UVLED for curing, and turns it off after the countdown; in manual mode, manually turns on UVLED and monitors the curing time.
5. After the curing is completed, open the door and take out the workpiece, and the equipment automatically records the production data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC100V-AC240V requirements before operation.
• Avoid use under conditions where the environment temperature exceeds -10 ° C -50 ° C or the relative humidity exceeds 25% -80% RH.
• When opening the door, the UVLED automatically turns off to ensure safe operation.
• Regularly check the cooling system to keep the air cooling function normal.
• Do not look directly at the UV light source for a long time while the device is running to prevent eye damage.
