Principle
The device uses a UVLED light source with a concentrated output band (wavelength 405nm) to achieve efficient curing through photoelectric conversion. In automatic mode, countdown curing is performed according to the preset irradiation time; in manual mode, the user manually controls the UVLED to turn on and record the time. Air cooling is used to ensure the stable operation of the device.

Steps
1. Select the control mode (automatic or manual).
2. Set the illumination time in automatic mode, and automatically turn off the UVLED after the device countdown.

Avoid looking directly at the UVLED light source when the device is running to prevent eye damage.
- Ensure that the environment temperature is between -10 ° C and 50 ° C, and the relative humidity is in the range of 25% to 80% RH.
- Pay attention to the status of the safety door during operation, and the UVLED will automatically turn off when opening the door.
