KESIONOTS KS-HD80LB low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cycle change conditions for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, marine weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products for performance inspection, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging test.

Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber simulates and precisely controls the high temperature, low temperature or alternating temperature environment in a closed box through the refrigeration system (Air-Cooled/single-stage Compressor or wind, Water-Cooled/double-stage Compressor) and heating system. Control system (such as TEMI or OYO controller) adjusts the cooling and Heating power according to the setting program, so that the temperature of the working room changes according to the requirements, to test the performance and Reliability of the product under extreme temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on the Shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature program (high temperature, low temperature or alternating cycle) through the controller.
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to run, and the temperature is raised and cooled according to the set program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test, the equipment is automatically stopped or manually stopped, and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box returns to a safe range.
Notice
• Device power supply needs to match, support 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz.
When placing the sample, ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected, and the total volume of the sample does not exceed 1/3 of the volume of the studio.
• During operation, do not open the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature Stability and test results.
• The equipment is equipped with a variety of protection devices. If the alarm system is triggered, please check the cause of the failure first and do not force it to run.
• Regularly check the chilling down system (such as Water-Cooled type, make sure the chilling down water supply is normal) and Compressor status.
• When conducting extreme low temperature (e.g. below -40 ° C) tests, it is necessary to confirm that the equipment is equipped with a corresponding dual-stage Compressor refrigeration system.
The cooling rate of the equipment is about 1.0 ° C/min. If a faster rate is required (5-10 ° C/min), it is a special selection condition and needs to be confirmed in advance.
