Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD408LD low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cycle change conditions for performance testing, serving product design, improvement, identification and inspection.

5. Safety protection devices, such as no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection, refrigerant high voltage protection, over temperature protection.
6. The controller system can be selected from the Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO" brand.
7. The Compressor can be selected from "Taikang" or German BITZER brand (optional).
Principle
The low/high temperature test chamber simulates and precisely controls the required low or high temperature environment in a closed box space through the refrigeration system (such as Compressor) and heating system. Control system (such as TEMI or OYO controller) adjusts the cooling and Heating power according to the set parameters, so that the temperature in the box changes according to the preset program to test the performance and Reliability of the product under extreme temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested on the Shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and observe through the viewing window.
3. Set the required temperature program on the controller (e.g. temperature value, rate of change, holding time, etc.).
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to run, and the temperature is raised and cooled according to the set program.
5. During the test, an external test cable can be connected through the test hole.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment is stopped according to the program or manually, and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Device power supply needs to match, support 220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz.
Installation environment should be well ventilated to ensure the normal operation of the chilled down system (especially Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled).
• Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, so as not to affect the life of the equipment.
• When placing the sample, the air duct in the box should not be blocked to ensure uniform temperature.
When conducting low temperature tests, it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of condensate.
• Regularly check whether the protective devices (e.g. fuses, switches) are working properly.
• When the equipment malfunctions, the fault warning system will prompt and should be dealt with in time.
