Overview
KESIONOTS KS-HD800LD low/high temperature test chamber, also known as Environmental Test Chamber, is suitable for high temperature and low temperature Reliability test of industrial products. The equipment is used for high temperature, low temperature (alternating) cyclic change conditions for parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, marine weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products. It serves product design, improvement, identification and inspection, such as aging tests.
Features
1. Adopt Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO" brand controller system, optional.
2. The Compressor can be equipped with "Taikang" or German BITZER brand.
3. Equipped with viewing window, 50mm test hole, PL box lamp, Shelf, wet and dry cloth and other accessories.
4. Safety protection devices include no fuse switch, Compressor overload protection, refrigerant high voltage protection, over temperature protection switch and fault warning system.
5. The inner box is made of stainless steel, the outer box is made of high-grade cold-rolled sheet paint, and the thermal insulation material is high-temperature and high-density chlorine-based formic acid vinegar foam insulation material.
Principle
The test chamber through the refrigeration system (Air-Cooled/single-stage Compressor or wind, Water-Cooled/double-stage Compressor) and heating system, in a closed box to precisely control the temperature environment, simulate the product in high temperature, low temperature or alternating temperature conditions of the working state, in order to inspect its performance indicators.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz).
2. Set the required temperature program and parameters through the controller.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the box and close the door.
4. Start the device and start the test.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the viewing window.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment needs to be operated by professionals.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz or 380VAC +/- 10% 50/60Hz).
• Regularly check and ensure that the protection device (such as overload protection, high voltage protection, etc.) functions properly.
• Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
