Overview
HUITAI GDT-100C high and low temperature alternating climate box is a professional temperature and humidity testing equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -60~ 150 ℃ and 20%~ 98% relative humidity control. Equipped with a 7-inch TFT color LCD display, it supports setting mode and program mode operation, and can preset 100 sets of programs, 100 steps and 999 cycles.

Principle
The temperature control of the equipment is realized through a mechanical compression refrigeration system. The A/B model adopts single-stage compression refrigeration, and the C model adopts cascade Compressor refrigeration. The temperature sensing adopts the A-class PT100 armored Thermocouple, and the humidity control adopts the wet-bulb temperature meter method. Through the equilibrate Conditioning Control mode combined with intelligent cooling capacity control and intelligent electrical control, the temperature and humidity environment in the test chamber are precisely maintained.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the 220V requirements
2. Set operating parameters through a 7-inch TFT color LCD display
3. Select setting mode or program mode to run
4. Start the device and monitor the operating status
5. Export test data through USB interface or Ethernet interface
6. Power off the device after the test is completed
Notice
• Check the power supply phase sequence and phase loss protection function before use
• Ensure that the water supply system is normal and avoid dry burning of the humidifier pipe
• Regularly check the refrigeration system pressure and protection devices
• Do not frequently switch on and off the observation window during the operation of the equipment
• Keep equipment well ventilated
• Test strictly according to the rated load capacity
