Overview
CHP-80S Co2 incubator is a high-performance foster equipment sold directly by the factory. It adopts infrared CO2 Sensor to ensure accurate and stable control accuracy. It has the characteristics of fast heating, small temperature and CO2 concentration errors. The product is composed of a plastic spray shell, a stainless steel working chamber and an electronic control part. It needs to be matched with a carbon dioxide cylinder and a special pressure reducing valve.
Features
1. Infrared CO2 Sensor, accurate and stable control accuracy
2. Mirror stainless steel liner, easy to clean
3. Door temperature heating system, effectively prevent Glass door condensation, reduce the risk of microbial contamination
4. It has two heating methods: water jacket type and air jacket type, with fast heating and good uniformity
5. The temperature sensor is Pt100 platinum resistance, good interchangeability
6. Temperature Control Circuit Adopts Alarm and Main Control Box Temperature Dual Sensors to Improve Reliability
7. The unique design of the carbon dioxide input circuit quickly restores concentration after opening the door
8. Humidity is natural evaporation
9. Double door structure, good sealing, easy to observe and avoid pollution
Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely controls the carbon dioxide concentration in the box through the infrared CO2 Sensor, which is input by the ratio of air and carbon dioxide, and the concentration is not affected by humidity. The temperature control adopts the Pt100 platinum resistance Sensor and dual Sensor circuit design to ensure the temperature is stable. The heating system adopts the water jacket type or the air jacket type to achieve rapid and uniform heating.
Applications
Cell fostering, microbial research, biological experiments
Steps
1. Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ
2. Equipped with carbon dioxide cylinders and special pressure reducing valves
3. Set the temperature control range RT + 5~ 60 ℃
4. Set the CO2 control range to 0-20% V/V
5. Ensure the working environment temperature 5~ 35 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH
6. Wait for temperature recovery time ≤ 15 minutes (at 37 ° C) and carbon dioxide concentration recovery
Notice
• Carbon dioxide cylinders and carbon dioxide special pressure reducing valves must be used
• The carbon dioxide gas must be pure and the pressure of the pressure reducing valve must be stable
• Carbon Dioxide Cylinders are Pressure Vessels, provided by the user
• The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 5~ 35 ° C
• Working environment humidity must not exceed 85% RH
• Regularly clean mirror stainless steel liner to maintain hygiene
