Overview
YIHENG BPN-80RHP Co2 incubator is a precision device specially designed for cell foster. It adopts air-nested Heating mode, Temperature range RT + 5~ 55 ℃, CO2 control range 0~ 20%. Equipped with Touchscreen controller and various intelligence systems, the product provides a stable temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration environment to ensure the Reliability and safety of cell foster experiments.
Features
1. Touchscreen controller: Large Touchscreen supports Chinese and English operation, can display running Linear dispersion, lock the screen, query 72-hour records, and optional RS-485 Communication interface.
2. CO2 concentration Control system: Imported infrared Sensor, high accuracy, not affected by Temperature and Humidity, ≤ 3 minutes after opening the door to restore the set concentration.
3. Temperature control monitoring system: Pt100 temperature detector precise temperature control, door temperature heating anti-condensation, Ambient Temperature monitoring anti-overshoot, over-temperature protection and power failure alarm system.
4, sterilization system: 90 ℃ high temperature heating and humidity sterilizing system can be fully sterilized for 18 hours, ultraviolet sterilization system regularly kill floating bacteria.
5. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically adjust the wind speed according to the temperature to avoid sample volatilization.
6. Effective Filter: Microbial Effective Filter filtrates CO2 gas, HEPA Effective Filter keeps the box sterile and quickly restores 100-level cleanliness.
7. Safety function: Multiple alarm system includes temperature, CO2 concentration, Sensor failure, etc., optional hierarchical authority management, data recording and wireless alarm function.
Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely monitors and controls the CO2 concentration with the Infrared Sensor, ensuring rapid recovery of the set value. The Temperature Control system uses the Pt100 detector to adjust the Heating power in real time, combined with door heating and Ambient Temperature monitoring to prevent condensation and overshoot. The circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to maintain a stable environment, while the sterilization system and effective Filter eliminate microbial contamination and ensure sterile conditions for cell fostering.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the temperature and CO2 concentration parameters.
2. Press the control panel start button to run the device.
3. Use Touchscreen to monitor running Linear dispersion and status.
4, need to sterilize, press the sterilization start button for high temperature heating and humidity sterilization.
5. Regularly check the Filter and Alarm System.
Notice
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to prevent affecting CO2 concentration and temperature recovery.
• Regularly clean and replace the effective Filter to ensure the efficiency of the filtrate.
• When using high temperature heating and humidity sterilizing, ensure that no one operates to avoid burns.
• Monitor alarm information and deal with faults in a timely manner.
• Working Ambient Temperature is maintained at + 5~ 30 ℃, Humidity natural evaporation ≥ 90%.
• Optional features require additional configuration, such as wireless alarm and rights management.
