Overview
YIHENG BPN-40RHP Co2 incubator is a precision device specially designed for cell foster. It adopts air-nested Heating mode, Temperature range RT + 5~ 55 ℃, CO2 control range 0~ 20%. Equipped with Touchscreen controller and a variety of advanced systems, it provides a stable and sterile foster environment, suitable for all kinds of biological laboratories.
Features
1. Touchscreen controller: Large Touchscreen, Chinese and English optional interface, support Linear dispersion display, screen lock, 72-hour running record query and RS-485 Communication interface optional.
2. CO2 concentration Control system: Imported Infrared Sensor, high accuracy, fast recovery of CO2 concentration, not affected by Temperature Humidity.
3. Temperature control/monitoring system: Pt100 temperature detector precise temperature control, door temperature heating anti-condensation, Ambient Temperature monitoring anti-overshoot, over-temperature protection and power failure alarm system.
4. Sterilization system: optional 90 ℃ high temperature heating and humidity sterilizing or ultraviolet sterilization, effectively eliminate microbial contamination.
5. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically adjust the wind speed according to the temperature to avoid sample volatilization.
6. Effective Filter: Microbial Effective Filter and HEPA Filter to ensure clean air in the box.
7. Safety function: multiple alarm system, including temperature, CO2 concentration, power failure, etc., optional hierarchical authority management, data recording and wireless alarm.
Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely monitors and adjusts the CO2 concentration through the Infrared Sensor to ensure the desired gas environment for the cells to foster. The Temperature Control system uses the Pt100 detector to adjust the Heating power in real time, combined with door heating and Ambient Temperature monitoring to maintain the temperature stability in the box. The sterilization system eliminates microbial contamination through high temperature heating and humidity or ultraviolet rays. The circulating fan automatically controls the wind speed. Filter purifies the air and provides sterile fostering conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and CO2 concentration through Touchscreen.
3. Start the sterilization system (if necessary) and press the sterilization start button.
4. Place the sample and close the box door.
5. Monitor operation Linear dispersion and alarm information, and record data if necessary.

• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to prevent affecting CO2 concentration and temperature recovery.
• Filter and sterilization systems are checked regularly to ensure a sterile environment.
• Confirm that the power supply is stable before use to prevent power failure from affecting the experiment.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm and deal with the fault in time.
• Follow permission management during operation to avoid abnormal downtime.
