Overview
The YIHENG BPN-150RHP Co2 incubator is a device specifically designed for cell fostering, featuring a Touchscreen controller and an advanced infrared CO2 Sensor to ensure precise control of temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration. The product features high temperature heat and humidity sterilizing and UV sterilization systems to provide a sterile environment for a variety of biological experiments.

Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely monitors and controls the CO2 concentration through the infrared Sensor, combined with the Pt100 temperature detector to adjust the Heating power to maintain the temperature stability in the box. The door temperature heating system prevents condensation from forming, and the circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to optimize the cell growth environment. The sterilization system uses high temperature heat and humidity or ultraviolet light to eliminate microbial contamination, Filter ensures that the air is clean, and the safety system monitors and alarms abnormalities in real time.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration parameters through Touchscreen.
3. To sterilize, press the sterilization start button on the control panel.
4. Place the sample and close the box door, and the device will automatically resume the set conditions.
5. Monitor running Linear dispersion and alarm information, and query history if necessary.

• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to prevent affecting CO2 and temperature recovery.
• Regularly check the Filter and Sterilization System to ensure effective operation.
• Before use, confirm that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 30 ° C.
• When an alarm occurs, deal with it in time to avoid equipment damage.
• The sterilizing process takes 18 hours without interruption.
