Overview
The YIHENG BPN-190RHP Co2 Incubator is a high-performance cell foster device that uses Touchscreen Controller and Advanced Infrared CO2 Sensor to provide precise and stable temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration control. Equipped with a 90 ° C high temperature heating and humidity sterilizing system and HEPA high-efficiency Filter, it ensures a sterile foster environment and is suitable for various cell foster experiments.

Principle
Co2 incubator precisely monitors and controls CO2 concentration through infrared Sensor, combined with Pt100 temperature detector to adjust Heating power to maintain temperature stability in the box. Circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure a uniform environment. Equipped with sterilizing system such as high temperature heating and humidity or ultraviolet sterilization to eliminate microbial contamination, HEPA Filter filtrates the outside air and maintains sterility.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and start the device.
2. Set temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Start the sterilizing system on demand (such as high temperature heating and humidity sterilizing).
4. Place the sample and close the box door.
5. Monitor running Linear dispersion and alarm information, and query history if necessary.

• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to maintain stable CO2 concentration.
• Regularly check Filters and Sensors to ensure they are functioning properly.
• When using the sterilizing system, follow the operating instructions to avoid burns.
• When the equipment is running, pay attention to the ultra-mild power failure alarm and deal with abnormalities in time.
• Keep the Working Ambient Temperature in the range of + 5~ 30 ℃.
