The YIHENG BPN-240RHP Co2 Incubator is a state-of-the-art device designed for cell fostering, featuring a Touchscreen Controller and Infrared CO2 Sensor to provide precise temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration control. High temperature heat and humidity sterilizing and UV sterilization systems ensure a sterile laboratory environment for a variety of biological laboratory applications.

Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely monitors and controls the CO2 concentration through the Infrared Sensor. Combined with the Pt100 temperature detector to adjust the Heating power, the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box are stabilized. The circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure a uniform environment. The sterilization system uses high temperature heat and humidity or ultraviolet light to eliminate microbial contamination. Filter prevents the entry of external contaminants, providing safe cell fostering conditions.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Use Touchscreen to set temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration parameters.
3. Start the sterilization system (if necessary), press the sterilization start button to sterilize.
4. Place the sample, close the box door, and the device automatically resumes the set conditions.
5. Monitor running Linear dispersion and alarm information, and check Filter regularly.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the interior.

• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to reduce CO2 and temperature fluctuations.
• Regularly check and replace Filters to ensure filtrate efficiency.
• When using the sterilization system, ensure that there are no samples in the box to avoid high temperature damage.
• Monitor alarm information, deal with faults in a timely manner, and prevent accidents.
• Keep the Working Ambient Temperature within the range of + 5~ 30 ° C to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
