Overview
OSP-120T L250 coating rod is a formed Spreader tool made of 304 stainless steel, with a total length of 250mm, an application width of 250mm, a diameter of 10mm, and a wet film thickness of 120μm. The bottom of this model has a K shape with large tooth spacing. It is suitable for high viscosity Coatings and has good leveling, especially for applications with high glue viscosity.

Principle

Steps
1. Prepare coating rod and handle (for 250mm model).
2. Install the coating rod onto the handle.
3. Coating the Spreader evenly on the substrate and controlling the thickness to 120 μm.
