Overview
The arcotest 28 #Dyne pen is a professional testing tool that can accurately test the dyne of film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramics and other materials. It adopts fiber wear-resistant pen tip, which is not easy to deform, fluent ink output, smooth writing, wear-resistant pen tip design, tight pen cap, to ensure long service life and Stability. The pen body is designed with 15ML large capacity, which can meet the needs of a variety of industries, and can be accurate to +/- 0.5 of dyne value. Provide 38 types of dyne models, 28-70 models are complete, to meet various testing needs of different users.
Features
1. Accurate test: accurately test the Surface Energy value and surface cleanliness of the substrate to achieve the value of the pen body.
2. Long service life: wear-resistant design to ensure a long service life.
3. Sealing cap: Prevent ink evaporation and maintain ink Stability.
4. Wide range of applications: suitable for pretreatment of a variety of materials, meeting the needs of different industries.
Long shelf life: storage 20-25 degrees, 40-60% RH environment is better, long shelf life.
6. International SGS certification: the mass is internationally recognized, safe and reliable.
Principle
When testing with an arcotest Dyne pen, place the pen perpendicular to the surface of the test object, apply appropriate pressure, and draw a line on the surface. Different models of Dyne pens need to apply different pressures. Different results can be analyzed according to the situation of drawing the line.
Steps
1. Place the pen perpendicular to the surface of the test object.
2. Apply appropriate pressure.
3. Draw a line on the surface.
4. Analyze the results according to the situation of drawing lines.
Notice
• If the lines are evenly distributed and do not bear bead points, the surface dyne is higher than or equal to the index marked by the test pen.
• If the line is drawn slowly cissing, the surface dyne is lower than the index marked by the test pen.
• If the line immediately cissing and forming a bead point, the surface dyne is very lower than the index marked by the test pen.
