9. Color is uniform and accurate, test details are easy to observe, bright colors
10. Formula friendly, easy to observe, line film formation
11. Can accurately test whether the Surface Energy Value/Surface Cleanliness of the substrate reaches the pen body value
12. Easy to observe, the nib fits the substrate and draws lines to film formation, easily capturing subtle changes
13. Quick detection, the result can be obtained 2-4 seconds after drawing the line, safe and environmentally friendly, and the water outlet is smooth
14. Provide complete models to meet various usage needs
Principle
Dyne pen through the nib to the surface of the substrate to draw lines, ink in 2-4 seconds to form a film, according to the film formation to determine whether the substrate Surface Energy value or cleanliness to achieve the Dyne Level marked on the pen body. Fiber pen head water smooth, to ensure smooth and accurate testing.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Standards
International SGS certification
Steps
1. Fit the nib to the surface of the substrate to be tested
Step 2 Draw lines smoothly
3. Wait 2-4 seconds to observe the film formation
4. Determine whether Dyne Level is up to standard according to the film formation results
Notice
• Make sure the cap is well sealed before use to prevent ink evaporation
• When drawing lines, keep the nib attached to the substrate smoothly
• Observe the film formation time within 2-4 seconds
• Avoid the pen tip being squeezed and deformed by external force
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after the test to extend the shelf life
