Overview
The arcotest 36 #Dyne pen is a tool for accurately testing the Dyne Level surface of thin films, metals, PCB boards, plastics, ceramics and other materials. It has the characteristics of fiber wear-resistant pen tip, 15ML large capacity, complete models, etc. It is easy to use, can quickly judge the surface dyne condition, accurate test, long service life, and has obtained international SGS certification.
Features
1. Versatility: It can accurately test the dyne of films, metals, PCB boards, plastics, ceramics, and other materials.
2. Durability and fluidity: The pen tip is designed with fiber wear resistance, which is not easy to deform, smooth writing, wear resistance and smooth ink output.
3. Large capacity and anti-volatilization: The pen cap body is tight to prevent the pen and ink from volatilizing, with a capacity of 15ML, suitable for a variety of industry needs.
4. Accuracy: Accurate to +/- 0.5 dyne, complete models to meet different needs.
5. Easy to use: The method is simple to use, and the analysis results can quickly determine the surface dyne condition.
6. Accurate testing and long service life: accurate testing, long service life, with international SGS certification.
7. Smooth and colorful: The test is smooth and continuous, the water outlet is smooth and smooth, the colors are bright, and the details are easy to observe.
8. Easy to observe and rapid detection: line film formation, easy to observe and judge, draw 2-4 seconds to get the result, rapid detection.
9. Environmental protection and complete models: environmentally friendly and safe, smooth water outlet, complete models to meet different needs.
Principle
Dyne pen by drawing lines on the surface of the material under test, the ink films formation within 2-4 seconds, and determines the surface Dyne Level according to whether the ink cissing or maintaining uniformity. If the ink cissing, it indicates that the surface Dyne Level is lower than the calibration value of the pen; if the ink remains uniform, the surface Dyne Level is equal to or higher than the calibration value of the pen, so as to achieve fast detection.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Standards
International SGS certification
Steps
1. Draw lines with a dyne pen on the surface of the material under test.
Observe the change of ink within 2-4 seconds after drawing the line.
3. If the ink is cissing, it indicates that the surface Dyne Level is lower than the pen's calibration value; if the ink remains uniform, the surface Dyne Level is equal to or higher than the pen's calibration value.
Notice
• Observe the results within 4 seconds after drawing the line to ensure accuracy.
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent the pen and ink from evaporating.
• Select the appropriate Dyne pen model according to the test requirements.
• Avoid the tip being squeezed by external force to prevent deformation from affecting the test effect.
