Overview
The arcotest 42 #Dyne pen is a professional test pen that can accurately test the Dyne Level of films, metals, PCB boards, plastics, ceramics and other materials. It has the characteristics of fiber wear-resistant pen tip, 15ML large capacity, complete models, etc., with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 dynes, reliable test results, clear analysis, and international SGS certification.
Features
1. Multi-material testing: It can accurately test the dyne of film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic and other materials.
2. Durable design: fiber wear-resistant tip, not easy to deform, smooth ink output, smooth writing, wear-resistant tip, tight cap.
3. Large capacity: 15ML large capacity, suitable for a variety of industries, accurate to +/- 0.5 dynes.
4. Complete models: 38 types of dyne models are available, with a complete range of 28-70 models to meet different needs.
5. Accurate test: accurate test, fine workmanship, can accurately test whether the substrate Surface Energy value/surface cleanliness reaches the pen body value.
6. Easy to observe: Color uniformity, line drawing film formation, the result is easier to observe and judge.
7. Quick detection: Quick results can be obtained after 2-4 seconds of painting, with smooth water discharge, safety and environmental protection.
8. International certification: With international SGS certification.
Principle
Dyne pen draws lines on the surface of the material through the fiber tip, and the ink forms a film within 2-4 seconds. According to the film state, it is judged whether the Surface Energy value or cleanliness of the material reaches the Dyne Level marked on the pen body.
Applications
Film, metal, PCB board, plastic, ceramic
Standards
International SGS certification
Steps
1. Draw lines with a dyne pen on the surface of the material to be tested.
2. Wait 2-4 seconds to observe the state of the ink film.
3. Determine whether the Dyne Level meets the standard according to whether the film is continuous.
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before testing.
• Observe the results within 2-4 seconds after drawing the line.
• Test accuracy to avoid pen damage.
• Cover the cap tightly after use to prevent ink evaporation.
