Overview
HuiNuo QHQ-A Portable pencil hardness gauge is a special instrument for testing film Hardness. The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB6379 manual operation method, which is suitable for both laboratory environment and construction site. It is an essential testing tool for mass certification in paint manufacturing and painting industries.
Features
1. Adopts mechanical design for easy operation.
2. Three points contact the tested surface to ensure stable test angle.
3. Always ensure that the pencil forms a 45 ° angle with the tested surface, and the test results are accurate and reliable.
4. Portable design, suitable for various environments such as laboratories and construction sites.
Principle
The instrument is a mechanical structure, and the test pencil forms a standard angle of 45 ° with the film surface through three-point contact with the tested surface. During the test, the instrument is pushed to move, and the pencil marks on the film surface. Hardness of the film is determined by observing the scratch situation.
Applications
Paint manufacturing industry, painting construction industry
Steps
1. According to the general preparatory method of GB1279-79 film or the product regulations, there are three preparatory inspection pieces.
2. Place the instrument on the surface of the film to ensure three-point contact.
3, push the instrument movement, so that the pencil marks on the film surface.
4. Observe the scratch situation and determine the film Hardness according to the standard.
Notice
• The preparation of the inspection piece must meet the standard, usually a smooth tinplate, with a size of 120 × 50 × (0.2-0) mm, or according to the product regulations.
• Experimental conditions shall be carried out according to product standards or construction requirements.
• Please confirm that the instrument is in normal condition before use to ensure that the three-point contact is stable.
When pushing the instrument, maintain a constant speed to obtain accurate test results.
