Temperature Indicator Card

Temperature indicator cards utilize thermosensitive materials that undergo irreversible color changes in response to temperature variations. The cards are affixed to the surface of objects and display the maximum temperature experienced through color block changes. They are used to monitor whether the temperature during processes such as heat treatment, sterilization, and welding meets the required standards.
Selection
Select adhesive or placement-type cards based on the material of the object being tested. Choose the temperature range according to the process temperature, typically covering the target temperature ±5℃. Consider accuracy requirements to select single-point or multi-point temperature measurement cards. Confirm the thermal contact method and response time, and check environmental tolerance.
