Film Torque Meter

The film torque meter measures the resistance of a film as it twists within a rotating clamp to obtain the material's shear modulus and viscoelastic properties. It is used to evaluate the flexibility and deformation resistance of films such as plastics and coatings, and is applied in quality control in the packaging and printing industries.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the film thickness range with the instrument's measurement range, ensuring the fixture size accommodates the sample shape, adjustable testing speed to meet standard methods, environmental temperature control corresponding to material characteristics, data interface compatibility with existing systems, and maintenance cycles aligning with usage frequency.
