The three-angle colorimeter analyzes the color of an object by simultaneously measuring reflected light at three fixed angles—15°, 45°, and 110°—capturing the color-flop effect of metallic/pearlescent coatings. It uses photoelectric sensors to convert light signals into electrical signals, controlling color differences by comparing data between standard and test samples. Selection
When selecting, ensure that the measurement angle configuration matches the sample characteristics; a three-angle setup is commonly used for metallic coatings.
