Tape Peeling Test Machine

The tape peel tester drives a peeling arm via a motor to vertically peel the tape adhered to a substrate at a constant speed, with sensors recording the peel force value in real-time. It is used to measure the adhesive strength between the tape and the material, determining whether the tape's adhesion meets standards in quality inspections. It is commonly applied in the packaging and electronics industries for process validation in mounting applications.
Selection
When selecting, confirm the measurement range and accuracy corresponding to the testing standards, and choose a model with a conventional peeling force between 50-500N. Select the fixture type based on the material thickness; use a flat plate fixture for flat substrates and a vacuum adsorption fixture for curved surfaces. The peeling speed range should cover 0.5-300 mm/min, and the data interface should support direct transmission to the computer for recording.
