Coating Pinhole Leakage Detector

The coating pinhole leak detector identifies coating defects by applying low-voltage direct current. If there are pinholes in the coating, the current forms a circuit through the substrate, triggering an alarm. It is used to locate discontinuities in coatings to prevent corrosion or leakage, commonly employed in the anti-corrosion inspection of pipelines and storage tanks.
