Trace Oxygen Concentration Analyzer

Micro oxygen analyzers detect trace oxygen content in gases through electrochemical sensors. Inside the sensor, the electrolyte reacts with oxygen to generate an electrical current signal, with the magnitude of the current being proportional to the oxygen concentration. These analyzers are used to monitor oxygen levels in protective gases and high-purity gases during industrial production processes, preventing oxidation reactions from affecting product quality.
Selection
When selecting a trace oxygen analyzer, it is essential to consider that the measurement range should cover the actual requirements. Electrochemical sensors are suitable for normal temperature and pressure environments, while zirconia sensors are appropriate for high-temperature applications. Attention should be paid to the interference of background gas components on the sensor, and regular calibration is necessary to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, the appropriate protection level should be selected based on the on-site explosion-proof requirements.
