High-temperature electromagnetic thickness Gauge

The high-temperature electromagnetic thickness gauge measures the coating thickness on metal substrates in high-temperature environments using the principle of electromagnetic induction. The probe generates an alternating magnetic field, induces eddy current changes in the substrate beneath the coating, and calculates the thickness value. It is used for real-time monitoring of anti-corrosion and insulation layer thicknesses in baking production lines and heat treatment processes.
