Stationary CO Concentration Detector

A fixed carbon monoxide detector uses an electrochemical sensor to measure the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air. The sensor reacts with the gas to generate an electrical signal, which is then processed by the circuit to display the concentration value. It is used for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide leaks in enclosed spaces such as factories and warehouses. When the concentration exceeds the standard limit, it triggers audible and visual alarms to prevent personnel poisoning.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the detection range covers common concentrations and the resolution meets monitoring requirements. Consider the sensor's lifespan and calibration cycle, as well as the housing protection rating, which should be suitable for the installation environment. Check whether the alarm method includes audible and visual alerts and whether the output signal can be integrated into the control system. Verify that the product certifications comply with local safety standards.

Heat Deflection Temperature Tester for Measuring the Thermal Resistance of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics
This article introduces the method of testing the heat resistance of carbon fiber-reinforced plastics using a heat deflection temperature tester. The instrument applies a fixed load to the material while increasing the temperature, measuring the temperature at which the material reaches a specified deformation, thereby evaluating its short-term resistance to thermal deformation.
Vicat Softening Point Tester measures the heat resistance of plastics.
This article introduces how a Vicat softening point tester measures the heat resistance of plastics. During the test, the instrument applies a fixed load to the plastic sample and heats it at a constant rate. When the flat-ended needle penetrates the sample to a depth of 1 millimeter, the temperature at that moment is recorded, which is known as the Vicat softening point.
Heat Sealing Tester Determines the Optimal Heat Sealing Temperature for Films
A heat seal tester is used to determine the optimal heat sealing temperature of films to ensure the sealing strength and integrity of packaging. During testing, by setting a temperature gradient and fixing parameters such as pressure and time, samples are heat-sealed at different temperatures, and then their strength is measured.
The Taber Abraser evaluates the wear resistance of coatings.
The Taber abrasion tester simulates surface wear of materials through rotational friction, used to evaluate the wear resistance of coatings. During testing, a grinding wheel is used to rub the specimen under a fixed load, and performance is quantified by measuring mass loss or thickness changes after a specified number of cycles.
Pencil Hardness Tester for Rapid Evaluation of Coating Surface Hardness
The pencil hardness tester is a tool used for rapidly assessing the relative hardness of coating surfaces through standardized scratch tests. It employs a series of pencil leads with known hardness levels, which are drawn across the coating under a fixed load and angle.
