ISO sag Tester

The ISO sag tester measures the maximum non-sagging thickness of a coating film formed under gravity by vertically placing a coating template. It is used to evaluate the anti-sagging performance of coatings, guide the control of coating thickness during construction, and prevent the occurrence of sagging defects.
Selection
When selecting, consider the type of coating to be tested and the viscosity range to match the instrument's measuring range. Verify the template's accuracy and material durability, and confirm the ease of operation and compliance with standards. Determine whether to choose a manual or automatic model based on routine testing volume, while also factoring in maintenance costs and calibration intervals.
