Laser-based Granulometric Analyzer

The laser particle size analyzer calculates particle size and distribution by measuring the scattering angles and intensity distribution of laser light by particles. It is used for particle quality control in industries such as coatings and inks, with a measurement range of 0.01–3500 micrometers.
Selection
Select either a wet or dry dispersion system based on the sample type; ensure the measurement range covers the actual particle size; pay attention to the instrument's repeatability error being less than 1%; confirm compliance with the ISO13320 standard; and evaluate the software analysis capabilities and maintenance costs.
