Oil Flash Point Determinator

The oil flash point tester heats the oil sample and introduces a test flame to detect the minimum ignition temperature of the mixture of oil vapor and air. It is used to assess the safety of oil transportation and storage, as well as to monitor the volatility and fire risk of oil products in the petrochemical and power industries.
Selection
When selecting, ensure that the type of oil being tested matches the instrument standards. The closed-cup method is suitable for light oils, while the open-cup method is suitable for heavy oils. Consider that the temperature range should cover the expected flash point, check the instrument's calibration and certification status, and pay attention to the precision of heating rate control and the reliability of the ignition method.
