Manual Film Maker

The manual film applicator uses a blade to move at a constant speed over a substrate, evenly spreading liquid samples into a film of specified thickness. It is used for preparing samples such as coatings and inks, facilitating subsequent testing and analysis.
Selection
When selecting, focus on the blade material and precision, substrate flatness, coverage of the film thickness range, ease of operation, and the instrument's corrosion resistance. Consider the sample characteristics and conventional testing standards.
