Cracking thickness Tester

The crack thickness tester mechanically applies pressure to bend coating samples on curved substrates, observes the corresponding substrate bending radius when the coating cracks, and calculates the critical thickness for coating cracking. It is used to evaluate the flexibility and crack resistance of materials such as coatings and inks, and to determine the maximum allowable coating thickness in quality inspection and formulation development.
Selection
When selecting, consider the required range of bending shaft diameters as per the testing standards, and match it with the hardness characteristics of the material to be tested. Ensure the instrument's precision meets the thickness measurement requirements and check the wear resistance of the pressure roller material. The operation interface should be simple, and the sample clamping structure must be sturdy. Compare the testing efficiency and maintenance costs of different models.
